Global Airport Lounge Access
Enjoy access to 1000+ luxurious airport lounges over 300 cities across the globe with Visa Airport Companion App.
- Registration for the app is required to activate the lounge benefit for your Visa Signature Credit Card.
- SAIB Visa Signature credit cardholder visits are free for the first 12 visits per year (Gregorian year). Afterwards when exceeding the number of the free visits including "Guest visits” cardholder will be charged $32 per guest and per visit.
- The number of free visits will be renewed on January 1 of each year (Gregorian year).
- After the first visit cardholder needs to make an international transaction of 1USD (3.75 SAR) yearly through POS or Website purchases outside the kingdom, provided that it may take up to 10 days for such transaction to become visible in lounges systems to avail this feature.

What happens if I lose my card or if my card is stolen and how can I request a replacement card?
In case of loss or theft of your card, immediately call 800 124 8000 (if within the Kingdom), or +966 11 418 3100 (if overseas) to block your card and request a replacement card to be sent to you within 5-7 business days. You will also receive a new PIN for the new card. Your credit card will be inactive until you activate it again.
If my credit card expires this month, how can I get a new card?
We will send you a renewed credit card at least 2-4 weeks before the expiry date. If you do not receive a new credit card during that period, please call 800 124 8000 (if within the Kingdom), or +966 11 418 3100 (if overseas).
Are my online transactions secured?
All transactions done online using any SAIB card are supported by 3D Secure (verified by visa) security feature.
Can I set a credit limit for the supplementary cards that I have?
Yes, you can set any limit you want (within the primary card limit) by calling 800 124 8000 (if within the Kingdom), or +966 11 418 3100 (if overseas) or visiting any of SAIB branches.
