- Silver Banking customers are entitled to obtain a Visa Credit Card with a higher tier (Visa Signature Credit Card) when requesting a credit card.
- Gold Banking customers and Platinum Banking customers are entitled to obtain a Visa Credit Card with a higher tier (Visa Infinite Credit Card) when requesting a credit card.

FAQs
How customers can receive the admin fees cashback if they did not have a Travel card?
Customers will automatically get a Travel Card with no issuance fees after 10 days of customer receiving the personal finance amount and they will be notified by SMS, then the customer shall print the card through SAIB’s self-service card machines at our branches.
If customers had a previous Travel card, will they receive a new or additional Travel card?
No, the admin fees cashback will be added to the customer’s current Travel card.
What is the value of the admin fees?
1% of the amount of funding capped to SAR 5,000.
Is VAT included with the cashback amount?
No, VAT is excluded from the cashback amount.
