The Sharia Committee reviewed P S Company for Environmental Services based on Istisna and forward lease with the Saudi Investment Bank, which are:
1. Forward Lease Agreement
2. Investment Agency Agreement
3. Procurement Agreement
4. Purchase Undertaking
5. Sale Undertaking
6. Service Agency Agreement
7. Common Terms Agreement
After studying and reviewing the agreements and included terms and conditions, the committee the agreements according to the attached version.
