How to activate the eSIM
- Open the Travel app
- Go to the “eSIM” section
- Select the region / country
- Select the package
- Select the payment method
- Install the eSIM
- Your eSIM is activated

Terms and Conditions
- This service is available to all The Saudi Investment Bank customers through the Travel app.
- The Bank is not responsible for network quality issues, internet coverage, service speed, technical issues, activation delays, or any changes in package pricing or availability made by the service provider or telecom operators.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device supports eSIM technology and for selecting the correct country and package before completing the purchase.
- All technical issues, inquiries, and complaints must be directed to the service provider’s support team through the Travel App.

- SAIB reserves the right to amend / stop the service at any point of time and such changes will be announced. These changes (amendment /stopping) will apply to new customers only who avail the service post changes if any. However, all customers who have already availed the service will not be impacted by the changes.
- SAIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be misconducting, tampering with the service process, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
