The Sharia Committee reviewed “S E Company Murabaha Aagreements” with the Saudi Investment Bank, which are:

1.    Common Terms Agreement

2.    Islamic Facilities Amount Letter

3.    Traditional Murabaha - Islamic Facilities Agreement

4.    Traditional Murabaha - Islamic Facilities Agreement

After studying and reviewing the agreements and included terms and conditions, the committee Approved S E Company financing agreements through Murabaha according to the attached version.
