Terms and Conditions:

• The offer is valid from 20 August 2026 to 3 September 2026.
• The customer receives 30% bonus Miles when transferring Travel Account Miles to his account in the AlFursan program through SAIB Mobile App during the offer period.
• To benefit from the offer, it is required that the customer has an active Travel Account in The Saudi Investment Bank, and to be a member of AlFursan program.
• The offer applies to all new and existing customers of The Saudi Investment Bank.
• The customer qualifies to benefit from the offer upon transferring Travel Account Miles to his account in the AlFursan program during the offer period.
• There is no minimum or maximum limit on the number of Travel Miles that can be transferred to benefit from the offer.
• There is no maximum limit on the number of times the offer can be used throughout its validity period.
• Eligible Travel Account Miles transfer transactions will receive 30% bonus Miles in the AlFursan program.
• The bonus Miles are added to the customer's account in the AlFursan program according to the time period approved by the AlFursan program, within a maximum of 10 business days. The Saudi Investment Bank does not bear responsibility for any delay in adding the bonus Miles resulting from the procedures or systems of the AlFursan program.
• Travel Account Miles transferred before or after the offer period are not eligible for this offer.
• The offer is valid on completed and successful Travel Account Miles transfer transactions only, and is not valid on reversed, failed, cancelled transfer transactions, or those made by mistake.
• This offer does not include exchanging Miles for a cash amount or for any alternative benefit.
• The customer must commit to all applicable requirements in the Travel Account and the AlFursan program.
• Any disputes regarding the crediting of bonus Miles will be reviewed in coordination with the AlFursan program. In the event of any discrepancy, the records of The Saudi Investment Bank shall prevail.
• The general terms and conditions for the Travel Account from The Saudi Investment Bank apply.
• The general terms and conditions for the AlFursan program apply.
• The customer bears the responsibility of entering his correct AlFursan membership number, and the Bank bears no responsibility for any errors in this regard.
• To view the earned Miles, please refer to the electronic Miles statement in your AlFursan program account.
• The Saudi Investment Bank and AlFursan bear no responsibility for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by members, typographical errors, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the transaction.
  • Any technical deficiency in the members' devices, versions, applications, or browsers.
  • Any technical failures, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in telephone lines or network hardware or software.
  • Any unauthorized human intervention.
• The Saudi Investment Bank reserves the right to amend / stop the campaign offer at any point in time and such changes will be announced. These changes (amendment /stopping) will apply to new customers only who avail the offer post changes if any. However, all customers who have already availed the offer will not be impacted by the changes.
• The Saudi Investment Bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions, tampering with the offer mechanism, or committing any other misconduct.
• These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
