SMS Banking Service
The service lets you access your accounts and your transactions at the Bank.
To enroll into the service just register your mobile phone into the service. You can do this through eBank (Internet), at any of our ATMs or by visiting any of our branches.
For STC subscribers just send one of the commands shown below to 75050. The service is not presently available to Mobily or Zain subscribers.
 
View your account balances
  BAL Requests the balance of your current account
  BAL 003 Requests the balance of your account that has an account number ending in 003.
  BALS Requests the balance of all of your accounts
 
View your recent transactions
  TRN Requests a list of recent transactions on your current account.
  TRN 003 Requests a list of recent transactions on your account that has an account number ending in 003.
 
View your loans
  LOAN Requests a list of your loans
 
View your unpaid SADAD bills
  BILLS Requests a list of your unpaid SADAD bills.
  BILL STC Requests a list of your unpaid STC SADAD bills
  BILL NCCI Requests a list of your unpaid NCCI SADAD bills
  BILL 5 Requests a list of your unpaid bills for SADAD biller number 5 You can use the biller number (1 to 999) or any of the following short names for billers:
AMEX (AMX, ASAL) MOWE (WATER) SACHI (CIT)
BRAVO MUBASHER (MUB, MUBASH) SCECO (SEC)
MARAFIQ (MFQ) NCCI (NCC) SHOWTIME (SHOW)
MOBILY (MOB, MBY) STC (JAW, JWL)  
 
View current IPO
  IPO Requests a list of the currently offered IPOs.
 
Currency calculator
  EUR Requests the SAR amount to buy one Euro
  GBP Requests the SAR amount to buy one British pound
  JPY 1200 Requests the SAR amount to buy 1,200 Japanese yen.
  GBP EUR Requests the amount in British pounds to buy one Euro
  EUR 45 AED Requests the amount in Euro to buy 45 UAE dirham.

  HELP Sends a summary of the commands to your phone.

SMS and Email Alerting Service
The alerting service notifies you of any activities on your Saudi Express cards or on your accounts. For example, you are advised if your account is credited with your salary or if a withdrawal or purchase takes place using any of your Saudi Express cards.
You can choose how you want to be alerted (SMS, E-mail or both) and what events you want to be notified. If you enroll at an ATM we will automatically send you all events on your card or on your card account.
If you want other events to be notified, you can easily set these up yourself through our eBank service or by visiting one of our branches.
The alerting service is available to any Saudi mobile phone whether STC, Mobily or Zain.
How you are alerted
  • By SMS message to your mobile phone, or
  • By e-mail straight to your inbox, or
  • By both

  • Any change of your daily balance
  • Any change of your daily balance above a certain amount
  • Any transaction (debit or credit or both) on your account
  • Any transaction (debit or credit or both) above a certain amount on your account
  • Any use of your Saudi Express cards
