Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your Log In password or your Transaction password you will need to re-enrol into the service. When you re-enrol you will be provided with a new password. The new password is to be used as your initial Log In password as well as your initial Transaction password. When you login to the service for the first time, the system will immediately ask you to enter a new Log In password and a new Transaction password, then the recently issued password is to be used as both the old Log In password and the old Transaction password. If you have forgotten the prefix you will need to re-enrol into the Internet Banking service. When you re-enrol, you will be provided with a new password as well as the prefix part of your user identity. The new password is to be used as your initial Log In password as well as your initial Transaction password. To find out how to re-enrol click here.
