In order to use this service you need to have an Allo Bank password. If you don't have these, then you cannot use the service. For information on how to get a password, click here

If you have an Allo Bank password issued by one of our ATMs, then you must use this within 48 hours of it being issued by the ATM. If you have not used the service within 48 hours, then you will need to get a new password by re-enrolling. To find out how to re-enrol, click here

If you tried to use the service but your password was rejected three times, then your password will be blocked for 24 hours before you can try again. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to get a new one to continue. To find out how to get a new password click here

If you are trying to get account or transaction information and the system tells you that it is unavailable and to please try later, then the Bank systems may be running their nightly update or there may be a technical issue at the Bank. In any event, the Bank will resume these services as a matter of priority. You need not contact us nor take any special action in these cases.
