What is my customer number?

Your user identity for the Allo Bank service is your six-digit Bank customer number.

Your customer number appears on your ATM card as part of your card number and on your account statement as part of your account number.

If you have your ATM card, then look at the number embossed on the front. This number starts with 589206 and immediately after that comes your six-digit customer number. The last four digits are not part of your customer number. For example, the ATM card shown above has the card number 589206 123456 9999 and as shown by the red square, is for the customer number 123456.

If you have your account statement or if you know your account number, you will find your customer number starting at the fifth digit and consisting of six digits. The first four digits and the last three digits of your account number are not part of your customer number. For example if your account number is 0101-123456-001, then your customer number is 123456. The picture shows the part of the top right-hand part of an account statement where the number inside the red square is the customer number.
