If you are trying to get account, rates or transaction information and the system tells you it is unavailable and to please try later, then the Bank systems may be running their nightly update or there may be a technical issue at the Bank. In any event, the Bank will resume these services as a matter of priority. You need not contact us nor take any special action in these cases.

If you are experiencing problems using the service, then please send us an e-mail (to info@saib.com.sa) or take contact with your account officer, our call centre or your nearest Bank branch.

Don’t know your customer number?

Your customer number appears on your ATM card as part of your card number and on your account statement as part of your account number.

If you have your ATM card, then look at the number embossed on the front. This number starts with 589206 and immediately after that comes your six-digit customer number. The last four digits are not part of your customer number. For example, the ATM card shown above has the card number 589206 123456 9999 and as shown by the red square, is for the customer number 123456.

If you have your account statement or if you know your account number, you will find your customer number starting at the fifth digit and consisting of six digits. The first four digits and the last three digits of your account number are not part of your customer number. For example if your account number is 0101-123456-001, then your customer number is 123456. The picture shows the top-right part of an account statement where the number inside the red square is the customer number.

Need a user identity?

If you already have an account with the Bank, then you simply need to enrol to the service to get your user identity and also the password. To find out how to enrol click here.
